Tony is a veteran of show business for more than 50 years. As a member of The Duprees, Tony sings baritone and top tenor, acts as master of ceremonies, and has led The Duprees to an on-going very successful career. His charismatic personality lights up every performance.
His vast experience dates back to the early 60’s and his first group, "The Vibrants." Soon after, the group became “The Little Giants.” They were a very successful act recording for Epic Records. During the 60's, he was fortunate to have played guitar for the original members of The Duprees quite often. This relationship led to him later becoming a permanent member of the group.
In the early 70’s he was a main ingredient to the celebrated “Gary Criss & The Glass Bottle.” It was with “The Pat Galo Show” that Tony came into his own providing brilliant guitar work behind one of the most gifted entertainers on the lounge circuit. Later, he was a member of the very entertaining “Rich Kelly & Friends” touring much of the country.
Tony’s passion today is leading and promoting The Duprees. They have become one of the industry’s top performing vocal acts. Known the world over for their romantic interpretations of some of the most beautiful love songs ever written, they still entertain audiences in major venues throughout the world to standing ovations at each performance.
