"Legend Awards" and "Best Of The Music Makers Awards" Chosen by our Voting Ambassador Club Members;
 

ECMHOF  Nomination Process 

  • Our Lifetime Achievement Inductees are selected by our Board Of Directors & Nominations committee.

  • Our nominee and voting process for The Legends Awards and Best Of The Music Makers Awards starts with our Ambassador members who are welcome to submit nominations to each of the 28 categories of 14 "Legend Awards" and "14 Best of The Music Makers Awards". 

  • Once all nominations have been put into their respective categories our nominations committee will select the final (10) nominees for each category to be voted on by our Ambassador members. (submissions for nomination end November 8th of each year).

  • Those members with an email address will receive  an Emailed Voting Link.  All others will receive a mailed Paper Voting Ballot to your mailing address which then must be returned. (Voting begins in November and ends April 30th of each year).

  • Paper ballots must be returned to- VOTE.ECMHOF, 65 River Road, suite-104, Nutley, New Jersey, 07110; .

  • The final results for the Legends Awards categories will be announced and celebrated at our Annual ECMHOF Awards Gala June 5th, 2019.

  •  The Final results for the Best Of The Music Makers Awards will be announced at our Pre-Gala celebration June 5th and celebrated in an ECMHOF Awards Gala at a date to be announced for 2019.

  • All nominees must be from the New England Region, Mid Atlantic Region and South East Region of the East Coast as specified above.

  • Nominees in the top 5 results of each category will be placed back into nomination for our Ambassador Voting process in the preceding year.

  • All Nominations- should be emailed to nomination.ecmhof@gmail.com  and "must be accompanied by a  picture and short bio" and contact information.

Ambassador voting

You must be an Ambassador Member to vote.  Membership begins at $25. Refer to the Ambassador Club link to determine which membership level is right for you.

Voting Rules

 

  • Voting commences by an emailed Voting Ambassador link that will be sent to all Ambassador voting members emails.

 

  • One selection per ballot category returned at any time before the November 8th deadline of every calendar year returned to VOTE-ECMHOF, 65 River Road, suite 104 Nutley, New Jersey, 07110.

 

  • Voting begins November 8th and Closes on April 30th for the legend Awards and Best Of The Music Makers Awards.

 

  • Send all Paper Ballot request's with your full name and return addressed to VOTE-ECMHOF, 65 River Road, suite 104 Nutley, New Jersey, 07110.

 

Categories;

All nominations are reviewed and placed into their respective categories. A maximum of 10 nominees per category are then chosen by our Nominating Committee. East Coast Music Hall of Fame reserves the right to make changes to, add or delete from the categories, nominations and processes used within the selection and process of candidates and categories to the East Coast Music Hall Of Fame without notice and at the sole discretion of its directors.

 

 

All Honorees of the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame past, present who are or where residents of the East Coast will automatically be placed and honored in the

East Coast Music Hall Of Fame Museum.
